The classic Whopper meal with medium fries and a medium Coke is 1,350. Every number below comes from Burger King's official US nutrition explorer.
Official menu data
All values are Burger King's published numbers for each item as normally built. Protein comes from the same source; we leave out fiber because a few entries in BK's feed look like data-entry errors (a large lemonade listed with 101g of fiber), and we would rather show nothing than pass a typo along.

How to build a low-calorie order
Ranked by impact, from the official numbers:
- Soft Serve Cone instead of a shake: saves 360 to 440. A Vanilla Shake is 560 and a Classic Oreo Shake is 640; the cone is 200. That shake is close to a second Whopper.
- Whopper Jr. instead of a Whopper: saves 370 (340 vs 710). Same flame-grilled build, a bit less than half the calories.
- Flame-Grilled Chicken Sandwich instead of the Original Chicken Sandwich: saves 270 and adds 12g of protein (410 and 35g vs 680 and 23g). The best swap on the menu, because both columns move the right way.
- Diet Coke, Coke Zero, or water instead of a medium Coke: saves 270.
- Small hash browns instead of medium: saves 240 (270 vs 510). Medium hash browns are 140 calories more than medium fries, which surprises most people.
- Value fries instead of medium: saves 140 (230 vs 370). Medium onion rings instead of medium fries saves 80.
One swap that does little: the Impossible Whopper is 670 to the Whopper's 710, only 40 calories apart. Order it because you want it, not as a diet move.
Five orders under 600 calories
- The grilled chicken plate: Flame-Grilled Chicken Sandwich + Mott's Applesauce + Diet Coke. 410 + 50 + 0 = 460 calories, 35g protein
- The double wrap: two Classic Flame-Grilled Chicken Wraps + water. 240 + 240 = 480 calories, 34g protein
- The small Whopper meal: Whopper Jr. + value fries + Coke Zero. 340 + 230 + 0 = 570 calories, 18g protein
- The wrap and Chicken Fries: Classic Flame-Grilled Chicken Wrap + 8-piece Chicken Fries. 240 + 220 = 460 calories, 30g protein
- The lighter breakfast: Ham, Egg & Cheese Croissan'wich + Fat Free Milk + black coffee. 350 + 100 + 0 = 450 calories, 28g protein
Five highest-protein orders
- Triple Whopper with Bacon & Cheese alone: 1,390 calories, 87g protein, the protein ceiling at Burger King, and most of a day's calories.
- Two Flame-Grilled Chicken Sandwiches: 410 + 410 = 820 calories, 70g protein, the best protein for the calories on this list.
- Flame-Grilled Chicken Sandwich + 10-piece nuggets: 410 + 520 = 930 calories, 61g protein
- Bacon and Swiss Flame-Grilled Chicken Sandwich + Classic Flame-Grilled Chicken Wrap: 560 + 240 = 800 calories, 60g protein
- Double Whopper alone: 980 calories, 56g protein
Real-world orders, broken down
The lean order: "flame grilled chicken sandwich, small fries, diet coke"
| Component | Calories |
|---|---|
| Flame-Grilled Chicken Sandwich | 410 |
| French Fries, small | 300 |
| Diet Coke, medium | 0 |
| Total | 710 |
39g of protein, and it still has fries. It costs the same calories as a Whopper on its own.
The standard order: "whopper meal, medium fries, medium coke"
| Component | Calories |
|---|---|
| Whopper | 710 |
| French Fries, medium | 370 |

| Onion Rings, large | 430 |
| Chocolate Shake | 590 |

87g of protein, and more calories than many people eat in a full day. Worth knowing before it becomes a weekly habit.
How to log this in Nouri
I built Nouri partly because of meals like this. My first tracker had the numbers, but logging a normal meal took minutes, and after a long day I skipped it. A restaurant order is the easiest thing in the world to describe, because you just said it out loud at the counter. So say it again: "whopper meal with medium fries and a medium coke" is one line in Nouri, split into three items with calories and macros for each, so the 270-calorie Coke sits right there instead of quietly vanishing.
Type it like a note, say it with your voice, or snap the tray. A photo gets turned into a sentence first, so you can fix "large" to "medium" before anything counts. In the drive-thru line, "Hey Siri, track food in Nouri" works from the lock screen: one sentence, and a calories and macros card shows what's left for the day right away. Swapped to the Flame-Grilled Chicken Sandwich? Add that context and Nouri recalculates. Nouri is iPhone (iOS only), and you can start with a free trial.
Then on Sunday evening, your Nouri Report shows how the week actually went: average calories and protein against your targets, how many days you hit your goal, and one clear thing to focus on next.
