Alain Jacks
Founder of Nouri. I used MyFitnessPal first, and the numbers were never the problem: logging a normal dinner took several minutes, and after a long day I just would not do it. Then I tried AI photo trackers, and when I checked their estimates against what the ingredients actually added up to, they came in low. I built Nouri to be fast enough that I actually log, and honest enough that the number means something. Every post here is written from that experience, with official sources cited.
