Oversized frosted cookies on a plate, one cut into quarters

A whole Crumbl cookie runs 470 to 760 calories on this week's menu, and the Chocolate Peanut Butter Brownie hits 1,190. The catch: Crumbl's nutrition data is built on small servings of about 110 to 130 calories, and one cookie holds roughly four to six of them. Every number below comes from Crumbl's official US site, checked October 5, 2026.

Whole-cookie calories, ranked

Crumbl rotates its menu every week. Its site says new and returning flavors drop every Monday, and the lineup below is the one crumblcookies.com showed on October 5, 2026 (labeled Oct 4 to 10), plus the two always-available classics. Next week's flavors will be different, but the math works the same way.

Ranked from lowest to highest. "Whole" is the full dessert as sold. "Servings per dessert" is our math: whole calories divided by Crumbl's per-serving calories, rounded to one decimal.

Dessert Whole Per serving (serving size) Servings per dessert Protein Fiber
Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookie (this week) 470 110 (30 g) 4.3 4g 4g
Chocolate Chip Cookie (classic) 550 129 (30 g) 4.3 9g 0g
White Drop Cookie ft. HERSHEY'S Cookies 'n' Creme (this week) 750 130 (30 g) 5.8 12g 0g
Biscoff Ice Cream Cookie (this week) 750 130 (30 g) 5.8 6g 0g
Cinnamon Roll Cookie (this week) 750 120 (30 g) 6.3 6g 0g
Pink Sugar Cookie (classic) 760 130 (30 g) 5.8 6g 0g
Raspberry Cheesecake (this week) 820 430 (125 g) 1.9 11g 2g
Chocolate Peanut Butter Brownie ft. REESE'S PIECES (this week) 1,190 180 (40 g) 6.6 20g 7g

The serving-size trap, explained

Crumbl's online menu shows one number per dessert, and that number is the whole thing. But Crumbl's nutrition data also lists calories per serving, with its own note that "calorie counts are per serving" and "serving size varies based on product." For most cookies, a serving is 30 grams.

A 30 gram serving is a small piece of a big cookie. Take the Chocolate Chip Cookie: 550 whole calories divided by 129 per serving is about 4.3 servings. That puts the whole cookie at roughly 128 grams (550 / 129 x 30 g), so one "serving" is less than a quarter of it.

The trap is logging one serving when you ate the whole cookie. Here is how far off that puts you, using Crumbl's own numbers:

Dessert One serving Whole dessert Undercount if you log one serving
Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookie 110 470 360
Chocolate Chip Cookie 129 550 421
Pink Sugar Cookie 130 760 630
Cinnamon Roll Cookie 120 750 630
Chocolate Peanut Butter Brownie 180 1,190 1,010

A 130-calorie number looks like a normal cookie. A Crumbl cookie is not a normal cookie. If a label, an app entry, or a screenshot shows 110 to 180 calories for a Crumbl dessert, it is almost certainly a single serving, and the whole thing is four to six times that. This is one of the common food logging mistakes that quietly erases a calorie deficit.

How to share or split a Crumbl cookie

Crumbl cookies are sized for sharing, and splitting is the simplest calorie cut on the menu. Half and quarter values below are the whole calories divided by 2 and 4, rounded to the nearest calorie.

Dessert Whole Half Quarter
Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookie 470 235 118
Chocolate Chip Cookie 550 275 138
Milk Chocolate Chip Cookie 680 340 170
White Drop Cookie ft. HERSHEY'S Cookies 'n' Creme 750 375 188
Biscoff Ice Cream Cookie 750 375 188
Cinnamon Roll Cookie 750 375 188
Pink Sugar Cookie 760 380 190
Raspberry Cheesecake 820 410 205
Chocolate Peanut Butter Brownie ft. REESE'S PIECES 1,190 595 298

Two things to keep in mind when you split:

  1. Cut, do not eyeball. A cookie split "in half" by hand rarely is. Cutting it into four with a knife makes a quarter easy to see, and a quarter of a Chocolate Chip Cookie (138) is close to one of Crumbl's 129-calorie servings.
  2. Tasting every cookie in the box adds up. Say four people split a 4-pack of Chocolate Chip, Pink Sugar, Pumpkin Chocolate Chip, and White Drop, and everyone takes a quarter of each. The box is 550 + 760 + 470 + 750 = 2,530 calories, so each person's share is 2,530 / 4 = about 633. That is more than one whole Chocolate Chip Cookie.

Lowest-calorie picks

Ranked from lightest, using the official numbers above:

  1. A quarter of a Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookie: about 118 calories, this week only. The lightest piece you can cut from this week's menu.
  2. A quarter of a Chocolate Chip Cookie: about 138 calories. The always-available version of the same move.
  3. Half a Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookie: 235 calories. It is also the only cookie this week with fiber (4g whole).
  4. Half a Chocolate Chip Cookie: 275 calories. The always-available default if you split.
  5. A whole Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookie: 470 calories. The lightest full-size cookie on this week's menu.
  6. A whole Chocolate Chip Cookie: 550 calories. The lightest whole cookie you can get every week.

A week of Crumbl math

Crumbl is easy to fit into a week. It gets harder when "this week's flavors" turns into a habit. Here is what different habits add up to, using the 550-calorie Chocolate Chip Cookie and a 750-calorie specialty cookie. "Every 3 days" works out to 7 / 3, about 2.3 cookies a week. Per-day averages are rounded to the nearest calorie.

Habit Chocolate Chip (550): per week Per day 750 specialty: per week Per day
Half a cookie once a week 275 39 375 54
One whole cookie a week 550 79 750 107
A whole cookie every 3 days 1,283 183 1,750 250
A whole cookie every other day 1,925 275 2,625 375

One Crumbl a week averages out to 79 to 107 calories a day, roughly a small snack. A whole cookie every three days is 183 to 250 calories a day, every day, which is a real line item in any daily budget. The cookie is the same. The frequency is what changes the math.

How to log a Crumbl cookie in Nouri

A Crumbl cookie is easier to log by typing than by any other method, because you already know the two things that matter: which flavor, and how much of it you ate. A photo of half a cookie on a napkin cannot tell whether you ate a bite, a quarter, or the rest of it.

So say it plainly. "Half a Crumbl chocolate chip cookie" is the whole log in Nouri. You get calories and macros right away with the per-item reasoning shown, so you can check it against the tables above. If it is off, add context like "the large size" or "about a quarter" and it recalculates.

I built Nouri after two kinds of tracker let me down. MyFitnessPal's numbers were fine, but logging a normal dinner took several minutes, and after a long day I just would not do it. Then AI photo apps were fast, but their estimates came in low: a plate the camera called around 400 calories worked out closer to 700 when I added up the ingredients. Nouri is my answer to both, fast enough that you log the treat and honest enough that the number means something. Nouri is iPhone (iOS only), and you can try it free.

You can type it like a note, say it out loud, snap a photo, or ask Siri from the lock screen: "Hey Siri, track food in Nouri," then one sentence like "a quarter of a Crumbl pink sugar cookie," and a calories and macros card appears with what is left for the day. If you photograph the box, Nouri turns the photo into a sentence first, so you can fix "one cookie" to "half a cookie" before anything counts.

On Sunday evening, your Nouri Report shows whether the week stayed on target for your goal, with average calories and macros against your targets, your wins and slips, and one clear focus for the week ahead.

How many calories in a Crumbl chocolate chip cookie?

How many calories in a Crumbl pink sugar cookie?

Is the calorie count on Crumbl's menu for the whole cookie?

The single number on Crumbl's menu for each dessert is the whole dessert. Crumbl's nutrition data also lists a much smaller per-serving number, usually for a 30 gram serving, and that is the one that trips people up. If you see 110 to 180 calories for a Crumbl dessert, it is one serving, not the cookie.

How many servings are in a Crumbl cookie?

Dividing Crumbl's whole-cookie calories by its per-serving calories gives about 4.3 servings for the Chocolate Chip Cookie and about 5.8 for most specialty cookies this week. The Chocolate Peanut Butter Brownie works out to about 6.6 servings of 40 grams.

How many calories in half a Crumbl cookie?

Half a Crumbl cookie this week is 235 to 380 calories, depending on flavor. Half a Chocolate Chip Cookie is 275, and half a Pink Sugar Cookie is 380.

What is the lowest calorie Crumbl cookie?

This week, the Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookie at 470 calories is the lightest full-size cookie. Among the always-available classics, the Chocolate Chip Cookie at 550 is the lightest. Cut into quarters, a Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookie is about 118 calories a piece.

How many calories in a Crumbl milk chocolate chip cookie?

Crumbl's flavor page lists the Milk Chocolate Chip Cookie at 680 calories, 131 per 30 gram serving, with 10g of protein. It was not on the weekly menu we checked on October 5, 2026, when the always-available option was the 550-calorie Chocolate Chip Cookie.

How much protein is in a Crumbl cookie?

Most Crumbl cookies have 4 to 12g of protein for the whole cookie. The Chocolate Peanut Butter Brownie has 20g, but at 1,190 calories it is not an efficient protein source.

Can you fit a Crumbl cookie into a calorie deficit?

Yes, if you count the whole cookie, not one serving. One 550-calorie cookie a week averages 79 calories a day, and half a cookie averages 39. A whole cookie every three days averages 183 to 250 a day, which is where it starts to crowd out the rest of your budget.

What is the easiest way to track Crumbl cookie calories?

Tell Nouri exactly what you ate and how much, like "half a Crumbl pink sugar cookie," typed or spoken. It gives you calories and macros immediately with the reasoning for each item visible, and the Siri shortcut logs it from the lock screen while the box is still open.
