Starbucks Fall Menu Calories 2026: Every Pumpkin Drink and Bakery Item by Size
A Grande Pumpkin Spice Latte is 390 calories with 50g of sugar. Official calories, sugar and protein for every 2026 Starbucks fall drink, by size.
A Grande Pumpkin Spice Latte is 390 calories with 50g of sugar and 14g of protein. Across Starbucks' 2026 fall drinks, a Grande runs from 250 (Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew) to 420 (Pumpkin Spice Frappuccino). The pumpkin bakery items add 210 to 360 more. Below is every fall item by size, using Starbucks' own published numbers, plus lighter ways to order.
How these numbers work
Every number here comes from the nutrition panel on each item's official starbucks.com menu page, checked October 6, 2026. They are the standard recipe, as Starbucks makes it unless you change something.
The standard recipe decides the milk and the toppings, so it matters. The Pumpkin Spice Latte (hot and iced), Pumpkin Spice Chai, Iced Pumpkin Cream Matcha and Iced Pumpkin Cream Chai use 2% milk. The Iced Pumpkin Cream Shaken Espresso uses oatmilk. Both pumpkin Frappuccinos use whole milk. The Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew has no milk in the cup: it is cold brew with vanilla syrup, topped with pumpkin cream cold foam. Whipped cream is part of the standard Pumpkin Spice Latte, Iced Pumpkin Spice Latte and both pumpkin Frappuccinos.
These are seasonal items. Starbucks lists them under its "Pumpkin Picks" menu as of October 6, 2026, and the menu pages do not give an end date. Two pumpkin items on the menu right now, the Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew, Less Sugar Edit and the Charlie Brown Mocha Frappuccino, had no published nutrition when we checked, so they are left out rather than guessed.

Every Starbucks fall drink at a glance (Grande)
Ranked lowest to highest calories, Grande (16 fl oz), standard recipe:

| Pumpkin Spice Chai | 260 | 43g | 10g | 55mg | chai, 2% milk, pumpkin sauce |
| Iced Pumpkin Cream Shaken Espresso | 310 | 37g | 4g | 255mg | blonde espresso, oatmilk, pumpkin cream cold foam |
| Iced Pumpkin Cream Matcha | 350 | 39g | 10g | 55mg | matcha, 2% milk, pumpkin cream cold foam |
| Pumpkin Spice Creme Frappuccino | 360 | 47g | 6g | 0mg | whole milk, whipped cream, no coffee |
| Iced Pumpkin Spice Latte | 370 | 45g | 11g | 150mg | 2% milk, whipped cream |

| Pumpkin Spice Frappuccino | 420 | 65g | 6g | 100mg | whole milk, whipped cream |
The spread is 170 calories between the lightest and heaviest Grande. Sugar follows calories closely: every fall drink has at least 31g in a Grande, and the Frappuccino reaches 65g. Protein mostly tracks the milk. The PSL has the most at 14g, while the drinks built on cold brew, espresso and oatmilk have 3g to 4g.
Fall drink calories by size
Starbucks publishes a separate nutrition panel for each size. Hot drinks come in Short through Venti; iced drinks start at Tall, and the Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew also comes in a Trenta.
Pumpkin Spice Latte
| Size | Calories | Sugar | Protein |
|---|---|---|---|
| Short | 210 | 25g | 7g |
| Tall | 300 | 38g | 11g |

| Tall | 270 | 34g | 8g |
| Grande | 370 | 45g | 11g |
| Venti | 480 | 65g | 15g |
The iced PSL is 20 calories lighter than the hot one in a Grande, but heavier in a Venti (480 vs 470), because an iced Venti is a bigger cup and gets 6 pumps of pumpkin sauce instead of 5.

| Grande | 360 | 47g | 6g |
| Venti | 450 | 61g | 9g |
The Venti Pumpkin Spice Frappuccino is the heaviest fall drink on the menu at 510 calories and 80g of sugar. The Short Pumpkin Spice Chai is the lightest at 60.
Pumpkin bakery calories
| Item | Calories | Sugar | Protein | Fiber | Fat |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Pumpkin Mini Pie (71 g) | 210 | 13g | 4g | 1g | 10g |
| Pumpkin Cream Cheese Muffin (113 g) | 350 | 34g | 5g | 1g | 14g |
| Pumpkin & Pepita Loaf (113 g) | 360 | 31g | 6g | 2g | 14g |
The Pumpkin Cream Cheese Muffin and Pumpkin Mini Pie are on the Pumpkin Picks menu. The Pumpkin & Pepita Loaf sits in the regular bakery case. A slice of loaf has about the calories of a Grande Pumpkin Spice Creme Frappuccino.
Pecan and apple items on the menu now
Starbucks also has pecan and apple flavors on the menu right now. They are not on the Pumpkin Picks list, so Starbucks does not label them as fall items.
| Item | Size | Calories | Sugar | Protein |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Pecan Cortado | Short | 130 | 17g | 5g |
| Pecan Crunch Latte | Grande | 260 | 37g | 11g |
| Iced Pecan Crunch Latte | Grande | 380 | 43g | 10g |
| Pecan Mini Pie | 1 pie (58 g) | 250 | 14g | 3g |
| Apple Crumble Mini Pie | 1 pie (81 g) | 290 | 17g | 3g |
The hot Pecan Crunch Latte is 130 calories lighter than a Grande Pumpkin Spice Latte (260 vs 390). The iced version is 120 heavier than the hot one, and its standard recipe adds vanilla sweet cream cold foam.
Pumpkin sauce pumps by size
Starbucks does not publish calories per pump or for whipped cream on its menu pages, so we will not guess them. What the official recipes do show is how many pumps of pumpkin sauce each size gets:
| Drink | Short | Tall | Grande | Venti |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Pumpkin Spice Latte | 2 | 3 | 4 | 5 |
| Iced Pumpkin Spice Latte | - | 3 | 4 | 6 |
| Pumpkin Spice Chai | 2 | 3 | 4 | 5 |
| Pumpkin Spice Frappuccino | - | 1 | 2 | 2 |
| Pumpkin Spice Creme Frappuccino | - | 1 | 2 | 2 |
The cream drinks get their pumpkin from the pumpkin cream cold foam instead. Their sweetness comes from a separate syrup: 2 pumps of vanilla in a Grande Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew, 2 pumps of brown sugar in the Grande shaken espresso, and 3 or 4 pumps of classic in the Grande matcha and chai.
If you ask for fewer pumps or no whip, the drink lands below the menu number, but Starbucks does not publish by how much. Log it the way you ordered it.
How to order a lighter fall drink
Every saving below is the difference between two official numbers, ranked by calories saved:
- Pumpkin Spice Latte to a plain Caffe Latte: saves 200 (390 vs 190), Grande, and you only lose 1g of protein (14g vs 13g). Not pumpkin, but the closest drink.
- Pumpkin Spice Latte to Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew: saves 140 (390 vs 250). The trade-off: protein drops from 14g to 3g.
- Iced Pumpkin Cream Chai to the hot Pumpkin Spice Chai: saves 140 (400 vs 260), with 1g more protein.
- Pumpkin Spice Latte to Pumpkin Spice Chai: saves 130 (390 vs 260), still pumpkin, still 2% milk.
- Grande Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew to a Tall: saves 110 (250 vs 140). Same drink, one size down.
- Grande Pumpkin Spice Latte to a Tall: saves 90 (390 vs 300). A Short saves 180 (210).
- Pumpkin Spice Frappuccino to the Creme version: saves 60 (420 vs 360). The Creme has no coffee, so caffeine drops from 100mg to 0.
- Hot Pumpkin Spice Latte to iced: saves 20 in a Grande (390 vs 370). In a Venti it goes the other way.
For food, the Pumpkin Mini Pie instead of the Pumpkin Cream Cheese Muffin saves 140 (210 vs 350).
Starbucks also lists a "Less Sugar Edit" of the Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew. Its official description says it is the Grande Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew with the vanilla syrup swapped for 2 pumps of sugar-free vanilla. Starbucks had not published its nutrition when we checked, so there is no official number to compare yet.
Whatever you land on, you can log it before the barista calls your name: "Hey Siri, track food in Nouri," then "grande pumpkin spice latte, no whip." Nouri does the math while you wait.
Every fall item under 300 calories
Standard recipe, lowest first:

- Pumpkin Spice Chai, Tall: 170 calories, 6g protein
- Pumpkin Spice Latte, Short: 210 calories, 7g protein
- Pumpkin Mini Pie: 210 calories, 4g protein
- Iced Pumpkin Cream Shaken Espresso, Tall: 220 calories, 3g protein
- Iced Pumpkin Cream Matcha, Tall: 240 calories, 6g protein
- Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew, Grande: 250 calories, 3g protein
- Pumpkin Spice Creme Frappuccino, Tall: 250 calories, 5g protein
- Pumpkin Spice Chai, Grande: 260 calories, 10g protein
- Iced Pumpkin Spice Latte, Tall: 270 calories, 8g protein
- Pumpkin Spice Frappuccino, Tall: 290 calories, 4g protein
Fall drinks with the most protein
None of the fall drinks is a protein drink. The protein comes from the milk, so the biggest milk drinks lead:
- Pumpkin Spice Latte, Venti: 18g protein, 470 calories
- Iced Pumpkin Spice Latte, Venti: 15g protein, 480 calories
- Pumpkin Spice Latte, Grande: 14g protein, 390 calories
- Iced Pumpkin Cream Matcha, Venti: 14g protein, 430 calories
- Pumpkin Spice Chai, Venti: 13g protein, 350 calories
For protein per calorie, the Grande Pumpkin Spice Chai does best of the pumpkin drinks: 10g for 260 calories. If protein is the goal, the protein lattes in the full Starbucks guide carry 27g to 31g.
Real-world fall orders, broken down
The lighter pumpkin run: Tall Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew and a Pumpkin Mini Pie
| Item | Calories |
|---|---|
| Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew, Tall | 140 |
| Pumpkin Mini Pie | 210 |
| Total | 350 |
Sugar 17g + 13g = 30g. Protein 2g + 4g = 6g. Still a pumpkin drink and a pumpkin dessert, at 350.
The classic: Grande Pumpkin Spice Latte and a Pumpkin Cream Cheese Muffin
| Item | Calories |
|---|---|
| Pumpkin Spice Latte, Grande | 390 |
| Pumpkin Cream Cheese Muffin | 350 |
| Total | 740 |
Sugar 50g + 34g = 84g. Protein 14g + 5g = 19g. At 740, this coffee-and-muffin stop is closer to a full meal than a snack.
The big one: Venti Pumpkin Spice Frappuccino and a Pumpkin & Pepita Loaf
| Item | Calories |
|---|---|
| Pumpkin Spice Frappuccino, Venti | 510 |
| Pumpkin & Pepita Loaf | 360 |
| Total | 870 |
Sugar 80g + 31g = 111g. Protein 7g + 6g = 13g. Fall treats tend to come in clusters, with Halloween candy and Thanksgiving dinner right behind, so the Halloween candy calories and Thanksgiving dinner calories guides cover what comes next.
How to log this in Nouri
A pumpkin drink is a good example of why I stopped trusting photo-only trackers. When I checked their estimates against what the ingredients actually added up to, they came in low, because the camera cannot see what is inside. A Grande PSL and a Grande Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew are 140 calories apart, and from above they are both an orange-dusted top in a cup.
You already know the order, though, because you just said it at the counter. Nouri gives you four equal ways to log: type it like a note, say it, snap a photo, or ask Siri. For a drink in an opaque cup, typing or saying the order is the most precise. "Grande iced pumpkin spice latte, oatmilk, 2 pumps, no whip" goes in as you ordered it, and the reasoning for each part shows up, so you can see the milk and the pumps were counted. Nouri is iPhone (iOS only), and you can try it free.
In line at the pickup counter, "Hey Siri, track food in Nouri," then one sentence with the drink and the muffin, and a calories and macros card appears with what is left for the day. Nouri also tracks sugar with a daily goal, which is useful in a season where one drink can carry 50g.
On Sunday evening, the Nouri Report puts the fall drinks in context with everything else: average calories against your target, days on target judged by your goal, and one clear focus for the week ahead.

What is the easiest way to track Starbucks fall drinks?
Say or type the order in Nouri the way you gave it to the barista, size, milk, pumps and whip included. You get calories, macros and sugar right away, with the reasoning for each part, so a skipped whip or an extra pump is counted instead of assumed. It also works from the lock screen with Siri while you wait for your name.
Pick your drink and size from the tables, then log what you actually ordered in Nouri instead of the menu default. For the rest of the Starbucks menu, see Starbucks Calories: Every Drink Ranked. If your fall coffee comes from the other chain, Dunkin' Calories has the same kind of breakdown, and How to Not Gain Weight During the Holidays covers the stretch ahead.
