Most calorie apps give you numbers. Nouri gives you answers.
Every Sunday evening, Nouri turns your week of logs into a weekly nutrition report: how you did, why, and the one thing to focus on next week. No spreadsheets, no squinting at bar charts.
How Nouri Reports work
- Log your meals, any way you like.Type, voice, photo or Siri. Reports are built from whatever you logged.
- Get your first report fast.Your first report arrives after 3 logged days in your first week, so you do not wait long to see the point.
- Then every Sunday evening.Log 4 or more days in a week and a new report shows up Sunday evening, ready before Monday starts.

What is in a weekly report
- Health Score for the week, with a "Why this score?" breakdown so it is never a mystery number.
- Average calories and macros vs your targets, protein, carbs and fat side by side with what you aimed for.
- Days on target, judged by your goal. Losing, maintaining or gaining each count differently, so a gaining week is not graded like a cut.
- Wins and slips. What went well and what slid, in plain words.
- One clear focus for next week. One, not twelve.
- MVP food of the week, the food that did the most for you.
- Protein equivalents that turn grams into food you can actually picture.
- A personality badge for how your week went.
- Apple Health burned vs eaten, plus your workouts, so intake sits next to output.

Why a calorie tracker weekly report matters
One day tells you almost nothing. A heavy Saturday and a light Monday average out, water weight swings, and staring at daily totals makes good weeks feel bad. A week is the smallest window where patterns show up: the weekday breakfasts that keep you on track, the late snacks that quietly undo them.
The hard part was never collecting the numbers. It is knowing what to do with them. A report that ends with one clear focus turns a log into a plan, and you can ask Coach follow-up questions any time during the week.
Fast only counts if the number holds up. Nouri scored 92.1/100 in our 100-meal benchmark (MyFitnessPal 77.0). See how we tested it.
A fair comparison note
Plenty of calorie apps show weekly charts, and charts are useful. The difference is interpretation: a chart shows you averages, while a Nouri Report explains the score, grades days against your actual goal, and picks one thing to change. If you like reading your own graphs, you will still have them. If you would rather be told what they mean, that is what Reports are for.

FAQ
When do I get a Nouri Report?
Your first report arrives after 3 logged days in your first week. After that, a new report arrives every Sunday evening when you have logged 4 or more days that week.
What is in a weekly report?
A Health Score with "Why this score?", average calories and macros vs your targets, days on target, wins, slips, one clear focus, your MVP food of the week, protein equivalents, a personality badge, and Apple Health burned vs eaten plus workouts.
How are days on target judged?
By your goal. Whether you are losing, maintaining or gaining changes what counts as a day on target.
Does the report use Apple Health data?
Yes. It compares calories burned from Apple Health with what you ate, and includes your workouts. Nouri syncs with Apple Health both ways.
Are Reports free?
Reports are part of Nouri Premium. You can start with the free trial.
What if I miss a few days?
You need 4 or more logged days in a week for a Sunday report. Logging takes one sentence by voice, typing or Siri, so short days still count.
